The Farm Journal

Welcome to the Farm Journal.

This is a place to share the seasons, the flowers, the herbs, and the gradual process of building a cool-climate flower and botanical farm in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.

What began as a peony and waratah farm is now evolving to include medicinal and aromatic herbs, grown using regenerative principles and with a focus on producing high-quality Australian-grown botanicals.

The journal will follow the rhythm of the seasons—winter planning, spring planting, summer harvests and autumn reflections. Along the way, I'll share the successes, challenges, lessons learned, and the everyday moments that make life on the farm so rewarding.
